About The Warrior Week

This is not a retreat. It’s a reset for men who’ve lost their discipline, their edge, or their purpose.

For one week, you live by the beach in a private 3-bedroom apartment - with seaviews. You will train with a former special-ops soldier, eat clean meals by the sea, and rebuild the structure you’ve been missing.

You train where the sand fights your legs, the ocean resets you, and the pressure brings you back to life.

Functional strength, mobility, mental pressure work.

Breakfast

At Cabana Beach Bar (Clean fuel).

13:00 – 15:00

Personal Training / Structure Work

Tailored PT, planning for home. Optional: Paddleboarding, sunrise run, cold-water reset.

AFTERNOONS

Free Time

Rest, reset, think.

Apartment

Accommodation & Food

Housing: Private beachfront apartments on Playa del AcequiĂłn. Fits 1-4 men. 3 Bedrooms. Fast WiFi & AC. Sea-view balcony.

Food: Two clean meals daily at Cabana Beach Bar (Breakfast & Lunch). Dinner is not included.
