The Weekly Brief: Did you hold a scheduled "State of the Union" or logistics meeting with your partner in the last 7 days to align on the week ahead?

Financial Transparency: Does your partner have full, anxiety-free visibility of the household finances, or are you "shielding" (hiding) stress from them?

Crisis Protocol: In the last major household argument, did you stay calm and de-escalate, or did you raise your voice/withdraw? (Stayed calm = Yes).

Succession Planning: If you died today, is there a clear, automated system in place (insurance, will, instructions) that protects your family immediately?

PHASE 2: The Domestic Market (Relationship & Family)

The Date Night KPI: Have you taken your partner on a planned date (no phones, no kids) in the last 14 days?

Active Listening: Can you name the top two biggest stressors currently on your partner's mind without asking them right now?

Presence > Presents: Did you spend at least 3 hours this weekend fully unplugged (phone in a drawer/different room) engaging with your family?

The "Customer" Satisfaction: If asked right now, would your partner say you prioritized their emotional needs over your business emails this week?

The Roommate Test: Have you had intimate connection (sex) that wasn't just "scheduled maintenance" but genuine desire in the last 7 days?

PHASE 3: The Warrior’s Hardware (Physical Capacity)

The Mirror Test: Look in the mirror. Can you see your abs? (A crude but effective metric of discipline vs. consumption).

Morning Protocol: Did you wake up at your intended time every day this week without hitting snooze?

Substance Reliance: Can you go a full Friday and Saturday night without alcohol or chemical decompression?

Functional Strength: Can you perform 10 strict pull-ups or run 5km in under 25 minutes right now?

Energy Inventory: Do you have the same energy level at 6:00 PM (for your kids) as you did at 9:00 AM (for your clients)?

PHASE 4: The War Room (Environment)

Circle of Influence: Can you name 3 men in your phone contacts who are currently more successful than you in both business AND marriage?

Vulnerability Access: Do you have a male group/friend you called in the last 30 days to discuss a personal failure (not a business win)?

Input Control: Have you read a book on psychology, philosophy, or strategy in the last month (vs. just scrolling social media)?

The "Drift" Check: Did you say "No" to a social obligation this month because it didn't align with your family goals?

Mentorship: Are you currently paying for or actively engaged in a program/coach to upgrade your mindset?
